Refund Policy

Cancel at any time

You can cancel from your account page, in one click, without giving a reason and without contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.

Your access remains open until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut off access the moment you cancel — you paid for that month.

First 14 days: full refund

If MacroGold is not what you expected, write to contact@macrogold.ca within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No justification required.

We would rather refund you than keep money from someone the product does not serve.

After that

Monthly subscriptions are not refunded pro rata for a period already started. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Two exceptions, where we refund without being asked:

• A prolonged outage. If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a month, we refund that month.
• A charge you did not intend. A duplicate charge, or a renewal after a cancellation we failed to record, is refunded in full.

How to ask

Write to contact@macrogold.ca from the address on your account. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, write to us first. A chargeback opened without contacting us costs us a fixed fee and results in the account being closed. We have never refused a legitimate refund.
